Classrooms

The classrooms are modern, light and airy, with large windows and pleasant views. All are equipped with state-of the art facilities. Classes are generally kept small with a maximum of 26 students per class.

Auditorium

An auditorium is available for seminars and special programs.

Computer Room

A computer room with modern computers and the latest programs as well as special hospitality software is avaible for IT and Front Office Computers lessons.

Kitchen

The practical culinary lessons are held in a fully -operating production kitchen and a satellite kitchen in the school hotel. State-of-the-art equipment is installed to enable students to become familiar with it and to give them a head start for their future hospitality career.

Student Restaurant/Dining Room

Practical service classes are given in our beautiful, classic dining room. The dining room is also the place where our students eat all meals. The dining room is a popular location for special events such as weddings and banquets of all kinds, and is frequently booked by local people for their private or company events.
