Leisure Activities at Swiss School

Leisure time activities are an important part of school life at SSTH.

Leisure Time Activity Program

The school offers a sport and leisure time activity program mostly free of cost for the resident students.

Once a week an evening sports activity is organised. The program depends very much
on the wishes of the students, but the favourites are football, basketball and volleyball. Students and teachers join together to spend an enjoyable evening in the sports center.

For students that are not so much into sports, cultural or fun activities are offered.

You can also join various excursions or sport programs organised by the school during the week or at the weekends throughout the semester.

Sports Center/Facilities

As a student of Swiss School you may use the facilities of the local Sports Center “Obere Au”. This includes indoor and outdoor swimming pool, fitness area, ice rink and sauna. Courses in Aerobics are offered at a special price to students of SSTH.

Sports Day

During each semester a sports and leisure day is organised. Skiing, tobogganing or hiking are on the program in winter, hiking various other sports or fun activities taking place in summer.
