Postgraduate Programs
This 1 1/2 year program provides graduates with a thorough understanding of hospitality operations and complements their previous significant background. Critical thinking, entrepreneurship and problem solving, together with essential practical knowledge is required to become an effective and successful hospitality executive or manager.
These skills are developed through a combination of managerial and operational courses.
The semesters are designed to be an interesting and challenging mix of management courses, such as environmental management, event management or sociology,
together with the key input of food and beverage services and cuisine.
The on-the-job training experience will enable you to put your knowledge into practice under real working conditions.
A program lasting for one year, specifically for graduates with a Bachelor Degree in an area of study centered on the hospitality industry, starting in either August or January. The first semester is academic study, on campus Passugg, and this is followed by a 6 month period of internship.
The program goal is to complement previous hospitality education and qualifications with significant input from a leading Swiss Hotel Management School. Critical thinking, entrepreneurship and problem solving, together with essential practical knowledge is required to become an effective and successful hospitality executive or manager, and Switzerland is renowned for providing exactly that.
