The 1 1/2-year program prepares you for a management career in one of the operational departments of a hotel or restaurant.

Organisational skills, communication, and front of house orientation are important attributes for students who are looking for a career in hotel operations. Tthe basis of this program therefore is practice oriented. The first semester focuses on the related theory areas regarding housekeeping, beverages, lodging and front office, languages and information technology. The second semester is focused on food and beverage service and cuisine practice, plus further language studies and English correspondence. The six months on-the-job training internship will help you to improve your skills and prepare yourself for your future career.
