Swiss Higher Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management
The 3-year (2+1) program prepares you for a general management and business career in the hospitality industry.
To be successful, you need to be trained in all areas of management, in both theory and practice. The basis of the first part of this program therefore, is oriented towards hospitality operations, including food & beverages, cuisine, housekeeping, lodging, administration and languages. With a deep and solid foundation, you are well prepared for your on-the-job training responsibilities.
After completing your internship, the final academic year is focused on managerial subjects. The third year of your study will be futher developed by seminars and project work, and you will also write a diploma paper.
The Swiss Higher Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management is equivalent to the state recognised hotelier - restaurateur HF diploma of the German language division and carries a worldwide acceptance.
