About the Food Festival
What is the Food Festival?
The Food Festival is a student project and part of the project management course of the senior semester students.
The students present food and drinks from their home countries at 20 stands placed all over the campus.
Workshops, degustations and presentations about gastronomy and hospitality are held on this day.
Besides this it is possible to take a guided tour of the school campus and the school hotel.
How did it all begin?
The Food Festival was already a fixed date in the calendar in the 1990ies. It began as an in-house activity for staff members, students and friends.
Due to the great demand, the food festival was opened to the public in 2003.
Since then we welcome approx. 2'000 guests on the Swiss School Campus in Passugg on the Food Festival Day.
