On Saturday, May 5th, SSTH students once again invite you to the annual cultural and culinary highlight in Passugg, this year with the motto ‘Rock the Taste’. The extraordinary combination of concerts and culinary experiences with an all-inclusive price leaves nothing to be desired.

‘Smaller, but better’ has been the saying of ‘Rhythm & Food’ since 2017, with culinary delights from eight countries. For Japan, the renowned sushi chef from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) is once again on duty to prepare exceptional sushi delicacies. Firas el-Borji, head chef of the Sharq Oriental Restaurant at Bürgenstock Resort, will be in Passugg to prepare his famous ‘bright humus’.

On the two stages, the bands The 2nd Trail (Freddy Scherer, guitarist Gotthard, Stämpf, Ex QL or also known from the show ‘Kampf der Chöre’), Lou presents Klangstark Friends (Gimma, Hedgehog, Sandro Dietrich, Giganto&Mattiu, Snook&Rezia, Liricas Analas & further special guests), Eric St Michaels, Okto Vulgaris and The Melodic Eggs ensure the concert feeling and a good mood. The supporting program with a Kids Corner and a dance show provides additional variety.

Sustainability is a festival focus. With Alpina Vera, we have a competent partner at our side in terms of regional produce and sustainability. Additionally, the festival is supplied with green electricity, provided by our main sponsor Repower AG.

The event is organized and carried out by SSTH 4th semester students, supported by SSTH lecturers and staff.
