On November 1, 2017, UK star chef Anton Mosimann paid a surprise visit to SSTH to learn more about our hotel management school. HF1 students had the extraordinary opportunity to practice various cutting techniques under the watchful eye of the culinary legend.

After his culinary training, Mosimann joined the Dorchester Hotel in London in 1975. In 1988 he purchased a former church and converted it into a private dining club, Mosimann’s. He created thousands of recipes and invented the cuisine naturelle, which avoids alcohol, butter, cream and oil.
