    This year, delicacies made from meat, fish, vegetables and international ingredients will be grilled over an open fire at several barbecue places on the Passugg site. Mainly products from Graubünden are used. The highlights are the various types of preparation in the Tandoor oven, the swivel grill, the fire bowl and the Big Green Egg. As always, our Chef-Patissier will create an extraordinary dessert buffet. On the campus, various seating areas and lounges are available to relax and eat. At the cocktail bars and also in the wine bar you can buy drinks.

    In the workshops, well-known grill masters answer questions and give tips for perfect grilling. Musicians as well as fire and light artists provide entertainment and breathtaking shows throughout the evening.

  3. Music and Artists

    With their originality, the live acts and bands create a jazzy chillout atmosphere and the fire artists inspire with their unique show.

    The Workshops

    Already in the afternoon two grill and one cocktail courses for interested grill fans will be held. The participants will learn valuable tips and tricks about grilling.

  4. The entrance fee includes a welcome drink, entertainment (artists, live bands, shows, etc.), the shuttle transport as well as various dishes à discrétion at the various barbecue stations and at the dessert buffet. Not included are all other drinks that can be bought at the various points of sale with "SSTH dollars".

    In the early afternoon of Rhythm & Food 2019 you can take part in exclusive workshops on the subject of grilling or mixing drinks. The number of places is limited to 20 persons. Surcharge is CHF 100 per person.

  5. Tickets can be purchased at the following points of sale: SSTH Schulhotel Frontoffice, Chur railway station at the Chur Tourism counter (from mid-July) and Online. Employees of the SSTH are entitled to order a maximum of 2 discounted tickets.

  6. The easiest way to get to Passugg is to take the free shuttle from Chur station (Postautodeck) and Obere Au.
